DescriptionDetails of the settlement of certain disputes between St Augustine's Abbey and the cathedral priory made by Mgr Martin, precentor, and Hamo de Boclonde of the cathedral priory, and William de Elherst and Robert de Clar', monks of the abbey.
Concerns land belonging to the priory within the abbey's hundred of Downhamford, meadows at Sturry belonging to the priory and abbey, and meadows at Fordwich belonging to the priory and abbey. Also clause stating that, when either monastery has refused to admit a clerk as a monk, its precentor should inform the precentor of the other monastery. Dated 1267, no month.
