For a term of 80 years, for an annual payment of £3 6s 8d. Right of re-entry. For this the earl has paid Thomas £400. The lease can be renewed for £40. 10 Dec 1541. Confirmation in Latin by Dean Nicholas Wootton and the cathedral chapter. Dated in the Chapter House on 10 Apr 1542.
