Bartholomew is auditor of contradictory letters. ?Geoffrey de I..., proctor for St Gregory's Priory, Canterbury, has impetrated a letter from Pope Gregory X, recited. Letter addressed to the prior of Holy Trinity, London, dated .. kal Aug 1272 (ie 16x27 Jul), at Orvieto. Concerns the possessions of St Gregory's. Philip de pomonte, clerk, and James de Trebis, proctors for the cathedral priory objected to the letter in the 'audientia publica'. Given at Orvieto [Italy].
