Relates to dispute between the archdeacon of Canterbury and the priory. Robert is auditor of contradictory letters. The archdeacon has impetrated a letter from Pope Gregory IX to O[tto], cardinal deacon of St Nicholas in Carcere, recited, dated 20 May 1238, at the Lateran.
