DescriptionRelates to the case between Richard de Feringes, archdeacon, and the cathedral priory. Of an appointment of proctors by John of Canterbury ('dictus de Cantuar''), proctor of George de Interhampn', proctor for the priory in the Roman court. John appoints John de Sevenok, priest, and John de Reydon' and Simon de Sancto Paulo, clerks. The official of the archdeacon of London also signed the document because John's seal is not well known. Appointment dated 18 Oct 1297, at London. No date. [Date: date of appointment.]
With notarial sign of Adam son of Adam Swayny de Boterwik, 'dictus' de Lyndes', of Lincoln diocese, notary public, who wrote the document.
