The marsh ('mareis') of 'assce' which will yield 10s annually and 32 sheep. During their lives they will pay 5s annually, and after their deaths the priory will hold the marsh freely and receive 10s. They also grant 4 acres of land and 3 sheep with their pasture. The priory grants them confraternity. Outlines terms for this, with sense sometimes obscure. Reference to funeral arrangements.
