A piece of land called 'Paradys', lying beside 'Goldstanston' in Ash [next Sandwich] parish, with the land of Thomas de Garwenton to south, the common way to north, and William's land to east and west. For an annual payment of 12d at their house ('mansio') in Sandwich vill. Right of re-entry if payment in arrears. If William dies without issue of the body, the land will revert to the donors. Presuably donors' part of indenture, as only 1 seal.
