Lying with the wall of 'Newelande' to west, the road leading to the house of the heirs of James of Blackbourne to east, the land of the heirs of Robert of Blackbourne to north, and the land of the heirs of James of Blackbourne to south. Condition against tenure by religious houses. For an annual payment of 4d at John's house at 'moseride'. For this grant Henry has paid 40s as a gersum fine. No date. [Date: handwriting.]
