The land in Appledore vill which he acquired from Richard le Lad. Also the land in Appledore vill which he acquired from John, son of Kin le man, to whom it fell after his father's death, lying with the land of the heirs of Simon de Bristoue to south, and the land of John and of the heirs of Thomas the brother to north. Condition against tenure by religious houses. For an annual payment of 1 clove as quitrent ('forisgabulum') in Appledore churchyard. For this grant Henry has paid 5 marks as a gersum fine. No date.
