For annual payments of 1 rose as quitrent ('forisgabulum') to Richard and of 4d to the heirs of Robert Le portirewe, according to Richard the tailor's charter. For this grant Benjamin has paid 24s as a gersum fine. Dated 42HenIII in the time of peace ('tempore pacis').
