The land that he acquired by inheritance from Ida, daughter of Henry phynetot, widow. Henry had held it previously. Lying with Ida's land to north, the land of William Boltsin to south, and the common way of the vill to east. For an annual payment at Richard the tailor's house of 4d. For this grant Richard Lad [sic] has paid 24s as a gersum fine. Condition against tenure by religious houses. Dated 30HenIII, no month.
