8 acres of his land in Appledore vill. 4½ acres lie between Appledore manor and the sea to south, and with the land of the heirs of Pagan to east and west. 2 acres 1 virgate lie between the priory's land to west, with the land of Thomas Parker, Richard de Hathewoldenn', Pagan's heirs, Andrew Bareth, the heirs of Stephen son of Hamo the baker, the heirs of Thomas and Henry atte Tune, Walter Stapeltey, and the priory's land to east, with the priory's land called 'Walfeld' to south, and the land of Henry Boycok to north. 3 virgates lie with the land of the heirs of Walter Stapeltey to north, the lane leading to the priory's mill to south, the land of Jocius ('Jocey') the carpenter to east, and 'Northfeld' to west. Also an annual freehold payment of 6d which Jocius the carpenter used to pay him for a messuage called 'Turrestune' in Appledore parish. For a total annual payment of 7d, with 2d payable to the heirs of Laurence fynecok, 4d payable to Stephen de Ledenn' and his brother, and 1d as Rome-scot ('Romscoth').
