50 acres of land in Appledore marsh. 36½ acres lie between the land of 'Catingehelde' and the priory's demesne land, and 13½ acres lie bewteen the land of Alan de Winchelese and the way leading to Oxney ('oxene') through the middle of the priory's marsh, near the way leading from Appledore to Fairfield chapel. For an annual payment of 6d per acre. Godfrey must defend his land within and without ('inter et extra') from sea and fresh water, like all the priory's men holding that land. No date.
