All his lands in Appledore vill at 'Morisbroke' and 'Stapele' and his lands lying beyond the wall of 'Stapele' called 'Blakeburnebroc'. For the construction of a chapel to Blessed Mary between the dormitory and the infirmary of the cathedral priory and for the provision of lights in the chapel. Note on verso in another hand reading 'M'o in manibus ff' ibidem inter terras dominicas'. No date. [Date: handwriting.
