[no date] When repairing 'Scots Bridge' in Oct, 8 loads of stones and 14 loads of gravel from Sackett's land were used. He says that others would have charged for this and asks for 40s to be paid to him via John Summer. Calculations in another hand. [In U63/70345 a Scott's Bridge is described as bordering on Short Woods, forest of Blean. It is shown on Map 205, on the Canterbury to Whitstable Road.] |
