Asking Benson to pay Mr Duncombe a sum as his annual subscription to a charity for clergy widows. He met Mr [Henry] Penton [of Winchester, the lessee] in 'the Park' and discussed the issue of building leases for land at Walworth [Surrey]. Contemporary endorsements.
