Account of suits in progress. That concerning pensions has not begun since particulars have not yet been received. In the suit against them, Dr Robert Hales and Dancey have not yet answered and are being prosecuted for this. Rich, the bailiff, will bring the arrears to the audit. Mr [John] Adrian and Mr Hampsen, purchasers of Vauxhall manor [Surrey, during the Commonwealth], are refusing to deliver the court rolls in their custody and Hardres is prosecuting.
