A lease of the manor of Eastry provided for the children of Dean Bargrave. A jointure, of which Isaak was a trustee, was later made on the lease for wife of [Thomas], the elder son. This is [Honora], the daughter of Mrs Estcott, who is now married to Joseph Roberts, esq, of St Thomas's Hill, Canterbury.
