Description	This volume was damaged in the audit house fire and approximately half of each page is missing. ff85-86 contain an index to the volume in William Somner's hand, which was damaged with the rest of the volume in the 1670 audit house fire. ff87-90 have an index by Samuel Norris, made between 1714 and 1751 to the remains of the burnt volume. The last page of the volume is the original parchment wrapper of the book.
