Description	A note of where deeds and papers for Chapter estates were deposited. Those relating to estates still in the hands of the Chapter have box numbers, but these do not seem to correspond to the numbers of boxes in this series. Other documents have locker or shelf numbers. Estates which had been sold or transferred to the Ecclesiastical Commission were on Shelves 1-4 and 31. These were probably in the Treasury of the cathedral. The inside front cover of the book contains an 'improved almanack' for 1862.
