Description	This box was originally numbered 75, but had no number at the time of cataloguing. It consists mainly of leases. BB 86/1-138 contain leases for various lands in Hollingbourne, while BB 86/139-202 are for lands and properties in Appledore and Fairfield (principally Kitepan Marsh). There is one stray lease for shops in the cathedral precincts in BB 86/203. Deeds relating to East Peckham rectory and the land called the Hatches in that parish are found in BB 86/204-236. The rectory deeds carry Church Commissioners' numbers. This is also true of the Westcliffe rectory deeds, which are numbered BB 86/237-251.
