The premises were between Stone Bridge and the Almshouses, bounding the London to Kingston road to the south west and the River Thames to the north. Also part of the dock and a small piece of enclosed ground next to Vauxhall Creek. The premises were previously leased to Sir Joseph Mawbey and comprised Lot Three in the sale of his leasehold estate. 9 May. |
