Description	This box contains one lease for the manor of Loose and several for a tenement and lands in Vauxhall, Surrey. There are also accounts relating to the monies claimed back by the Dean and Chapter through their bailiff of the liberty from the Exchequer. These sums were the fines paid by the parties in final concords where the property concerned was in the liberty of the Dean and Chapter. Lists of the parishes and manors in the liberty are also to be found in this box. Royal warrants appointing the bedesmen of the cathedral from 1747-1813 are listed here. There is also a London bedel's account from 1766, a list of deposited deeds from 1598, a privy council decree of 1626 and a book on the procedure of Chapter meetings from 1889.
