Three notices to the Dean and Chapter informing them of the intention to apply for an act of Parliament to make a navigation between the Standard Wharf in Faversham and the East Swale. The notices relate to three different plans for the work, by Mr Cubitt, Mr Telford and a joint plan by both men. The land intended to be purchased is listed. Each notice was accompanied by a desription of the work to be done and an assent/dissent form. The notices are dated 29 Dec 1840. |
