Description	This box contains leases of land and property, mainly in Canterbury in the nineteenth century. Most are Dean and Chapter properties in the precincts, Broad Street, Burgate and the Buttermarket. BB 42/2-38 are for a property in Sun Street called the Half Moon. There are also leases for Corkett Farm in Chislet and Sturry and Dennis Farm in Monkton, which belonged to private individuals.
