Description	The title of this box appears to bear no relation to its contents. According to the list made by Sheppard in Bunce's Schedule vol 2 boxes 23-27 all contained 'Fragments of account rolls'. The first three of these boxes no longer exist and boxes 26 and 27 now contain leases only. The leases in this box mainly relate to two properties in St Alphege parish in Canterbury; one in Palace Street and the other to the west of the Christchurch gate. The remainder of the material appears to have no link with the Dean and Chapter at all, being title deeds and other documents relating to Pile Farm in Nunney in Somerset and the families which owned it during the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries.
