Mention of Blackfriars churchyard with grounds, buildings etc late in the occupation of Thomas Bathurste, with other grounds etc in the occupation of John Thompson, Richard Brucharde, Thomas Laurence, chamber and house late in the occupation of Richard Meade, and the solar in the dormitory of the priory, late in the occupation of Robert Collyns. This exemplification was probably secured in connection with the dispute between Hovenden and Canterbury City over the right of way through 'The Friars'. |
