Description | A sheet of charms and incantations. (On the hair side) Several signs of a magical character offering protection against fire and other disasters. (On the flesh side) Further signs of the same nature, all well drawn, with a long passage containing information relating to magic, with incantations, portions of the scripture for magical use. The text starts: 'Cotidie uide hec signa greca et erit tibi gracia ad omnes et magnam leticiam habebis R C Z O'. It embodies a letter of King Agba to Christ. This sheet of vellum was found among portions of damaged MSS recovered by J B Sheppard from church court registers bindings.
