Description	Writer: Wetheralt, Mr On Athens, delivered to the Canterbury Philosophical and Literary Institute probably by Mr Wetheralt in the late nineteenth century. The first three pages describe the somewhat parlous state of the Institute's finances caused by heavy rain keeping people away from the meetings, and future rule changes to put the Institute on a more permanent basis.
