DescriptionWriter: Pearce, William, surveyor, of Pearce and Kent, Craig's Court, London

Concerning the lease of the property in Vauxhall, occupied by Burnetts distillery, held by Mr Warry; the part claimed as copyhold appears to be a tenement called Vauxhall Barn, once let to a Mr Letombe. In addition, there appears to be considerable building in South Lambeth, and there have been offers for parts of the Vauxhall Escheat, from Messrs Bennett, Blake and Roupell.
