Questioning the right of the Dean and Chapter, as lords of the manor of Seasalter, instead of the Lord Warden of the Cinque Ports, whom he represents, to take wreckage washed up on their property, and referring to several parliamentary acts concerning this. He also has in his possession nearly 300 2-gallon stone bottles of geneva, and other goods, washed up on the beach between Whitstable and Reculver.
