Informing him that he will write to Mr Lake to confirm arrangements for paying him in the London and Greenwich Railway case. In the Compton case, Mr Cood has pleaded plene administravit, and he will therefore immediately confer with Mr Blick. He has again seen Nethersole and Barron, who wish to have a receiver appointed, but Mr Sudlow of Fisher and Sudlow says that there are already eight such respecting the property of Samuel Brandon.
